- Perform bank reconciliation, data entry, and invoicing
- Manage accounts payable and weekly wages processing using Smartly
- Handle email enquiries and occasional phone calls

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar accounts or receptionist role preferred

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
