Insurance Broker – the trusted link between clients and insurers. Brokers asses client risk, prepare policy quotes and renewals, generate new business opportunities and interface with clients, insurers and underwriters.

Insurance Broker Support – maintain client records, handle client queries, process new business and renewals, prepare reports and presentations for Brokers, liaise with underwriters and assist with the claims process.

Insurance Underwriter – evaluate and analyse risks to set fair policy terms and pricing. Underwriters love data. They use this data to determine rates and potential claims.

Claims Consultant – review, assess, and either approve or decline claims based on policy coverage.

Loss Adjuster – resolve insurance claims by determining the company’s liability. They investigate insurance claims, dive into the details, inspect damages, interview claimants, and review documents, estimate costs and determine if the loss is covered.

Legal and Compliance – ensure insurers adhere to laws, regulation, and ethical standards, protect consumers, maintain financial stability and maintain robust data protection.
