We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager represent this leading travel brand. In this role, you will focus on developing strategic partnerships and growing sales through extensive trade network. You will play a critical role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key trade partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Trade Network Management: Manage and expand our trade network, ensuring our product is well-represented and promoted.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support as well as leading the team
What we need:
- Proven experience in sales within the travel industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the travel trade sector.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel New Zealand and potentially overseas as needed.
