Your new role:
- Preparation of renewal documentation
- Build strong relationships with both Underwriters and Brokers
- Address and handle client queries
- Assess and approve all risk

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a Broker Support role is preferred
- Strong follow-up skills with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
